The clients whose projects are completed and they are no longer the clients of the organization can be deleted easily by pressing the delete button or could be deleted by ‘Delete Selected’ option. New clients can be added by pressing the ‘Add’ button at the bottom of the list. Filling up the appeared form with relevant details make the client registered with the company.
Expense, Time and Time off Approvals:
When using the online application the timesheets and expense sheets of the employees are also approved online by submitting them from the application. The approvals are managed by the managers by pressing the ‘Manage Approvals’ button on the dashboard. Selecting the timesheet, expense or time off approval will take the manager to the appropriate place. After viewing the details, the managers can either approve or reject the requests and sheets and also give some specific remarks to the employee. The approved and rejected status is notified to the employees using the email notification for further actions.

The expense billing to the client can be done by selecting the option of billing in the menu and pressing the expense billing worksheet. The project name, client name, expense name and type are specified by the drop down list and only the expenses that are to be billed could be filtered but if the overall billing is to be calculated then both billed and non-billed expenses could be added on the invoice. The invoice of the client can be customized by adding company defined logos in the header and text lines in the footer. For more convenience, the receipts and memos could also be attached.
